Troy Bertelsen CPT has over 25,000 hours of personal training experience and was one of the first fifty personal trainers to be certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 1989. He wrote The Montana Stretch for spinal stabilization, which was endorsed nationally by the Spine Care Medical Group and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. This program was published in the 1991 August issue of Muscle & Fitness magazine (as the Montana Stretching Guide) and approved for therapy by the State of Montana Workman's Compensation Insurance Fund and other accident related insurance companies.
